Scandinavian Community Centre
The Scandinavian Community Centre is the base of the Vancouver Finlandia Club. The vibrant community and beautiful space make it an ideal place for the VFC to call home.
Monthly board meetings and most club events are held here. The Scandinavian Centre is a shared space with groups representing from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Iceland. The Scandinavian Community Centre Society runs the centre, which is comprised of representatives from each House.
The annual Scandinavian Midsummer Festival is held at the Centre in June every year, and brings the five houses together for a fun weekend of food, crafts, information and entertainment.
